Dedicated Looking For a Best Dedicated for Virtualization

I am finding a best Dedicated server for virtualization usage.

I need normal hdd and bandwidth but more ram. (24gb -192gb).

I need also some how cheapest (not $25) but about $50- $100/month.

Thats not the only deal. The dedicated must offer extra ips too.
I probraly need /25 - /24 subnets of 128 - 256 ipv4s at a very cheap price.

Ips budget must be
/25 - 128 - less than $30
/24 - 256 - less than $50.

Pls pm or post your best dedicated offer with extra ip prices.

aint it too cheap u offering for such high ram and ips? Decent ips would cost least $2 and even if u'd get for $1 it will cost u x3 or x4 more than what u offer it seems
 
Like server mania offer $60/128 ips when bulk purchase and cloud shards provide $40/128 ips why not.

Large companies provide the price at my budget on bulk purchase.

$1/$2 applies while less ip purchase (5-25).

Until for my knoladge Cloud Shards is the cheapest but having more powerful servers. 2nd server mania. I think thier is no one here.
