You just need to handle tickets request when someone ask to install stuff or setup.
As many new clients are noob as they need guide which i need someone to provide!

You should make your request a bit more clearer then as it just looks like your wanting people to manage the server when you need it..

If your looking for support on your ticket system I would suggest looking at companies which are offering this and offer a secure system in place, you dont want some random person loose with your servers and clients!!
