First thing that I noticed on your site was that banner, it really looks ugly. It's like some stones, or anything that's ugly. It should look more professional, to match to your template.
This:

Should be matching to your sites background, as you didn't used same hex code for color while doing corners of that navigation in Photoshop.
Katz button should have changed width, an put in Navigation of your site.
For this part:
You should have used moz-border-radius.
Everything else looks like on an average warez forum.
Good luck with your forum.

Your banner is way to large and not so good looking tbh.
The favicon don't make any sense. Should be changed asap.
What about an average favicon? Put in L4W or maybe just the "4" ?
You can also consider to remove/hide the porn area.
There's no topics/post in there, it's just empty..
