Hi,

Some mods of wjuntion are just very good.

They have closed our thread couple of time for no reason, and now they might close my this thread too. But I've something to tell really.

We've cPanel license issue on one client VPS, that is already refunded, and instead of closing our VPS thread (which is not indeed eligible for closing). Mod goes to our another shared hosting thread and closed saying that we don't have cPanel license.

If mods even close vps thread that makes some sense but going and closing other thread does not make any sense to me. Look at this : http://www.wjunction.com/1231350-post84.htm

I can even ask client to say If we refunded him or not. I'm bit confused by robert always come on closing our thread again and again.

May be any one can answer (I might be wrong too)

Can't you just fix the cPanel issue and report the thread to be reopened?

There is no such cPanel issue with our shared hosting servers, I've reported thread but no one seems to respond.

Issue was with our VPS client that is already refunded, you can take a look at image below :

You thread was closed cause they're several clients making complaint about his/her license beening suspended even after they're already paying you for services.

I got down to the bottom of it you haven't been paying your clients cPanel license this why there licenses are showing as expired.

Yes two clients, which I already accepted, refund is already processed.

And can you explain one thing to me ? Issue is regarding vps thread, you've gone to shared hosting thread ?

Any more issues ? And why you keep closing thread, closing thread will make it hard to solve the issue.

Update : And one thing robert you didn't closed vps thread, which was the main issue. Really not making sense to me.

I locked your shared hosting thread cause you're illegal attaining WHMCS Licenses from webhosting providers such as Hostdime, Hostgator, and Pacifichost.

You should tell moderators/admin how you're attaining this licenses. Then telling your client you're offering them for free which infact is consider scamming.

I did close your vps thread I re-opened up after your client stated the issue was resolved.

I already have taken my time to explain this to mods while reporting earlier, I think the mod was Mindy to got the report.

Update : How client told you that issue was resolved on vps thread ? If its closed how he can, did he PM'd you ? And its not a solution to close thread on every problem. It takes time to resolve issues, I don't think so we've any clients saying here that we've scammed them.

Also previously we was on hostdime, but ffmpeg on the server slowed it down, make it move us.

What is your way of attaining WHMCS licenses that's the explanation i'am looking for ?

Yes let me take my time again.

We do not host our website on our servers, first it was on hostdime, then pacific host, it is because If in case some problem occurs clients can atleast contact us, that is a usual thing, I hope you understand. We still have active account at pacific host, if you need a proof. And now our main website is on ihubnet, and client area on hostgator, you should take your time to look at the IP that I showed above.

You can verify these things from website IPs. Hostgator and ihub both use softlayer so you may not find any difference but a difference of IPs. But we've active billing accounts for a proof. We still don't have a direct license.

Why does your license show it was issued by pacifichost not ihubnet I know ihubnet offers WHMCS Licenses to there clients cause they offer hosted WHMCS hosting.

Where does I said that we use ihubnet license. That is pacifichost license, and why would I lie, we've account with them so we can use, why should I lie regarding this ?

Even you can ask pacifichost may be If you need.

Do you need a proof of our billing account with them ? I might PM you if you need.
