Buying Logo/banner

I need a logo/banner for my site Keygen.bz. It just needs to say KeyGen Network, with the quote "Your Portal to the Underground". I want dark colors, as it's a dark theme.

it needs to be large, as it's the center of the page when they visit with only a user/pass box beneath it. so say somewhere around 660x500.

I have a lower budget, any offers?

there is no skin right now, ill be using this as just a placeholder for a while as i dont have time to make a full site for a few weeks at least :S
