They do pay, one of my friends got a PSP and some PP cash, and another got a Macbook (yeah, he even showed me pictures of that ). But it won't be so easy to get stuff now as they have raised the prizes of stuff to 4 times. :/ Moreover, their redemption events rarely occur and if you live outside the US then it probably would be during an odd time when you might not be online.
