It's a clip from a show on TruTV called Lizard Lick Towing the show is mostly about people getting there stuff Repossessed this happens when they've fallen back on there payments of there cars, boats, and trailers.
Before any states the show is fake it's not stagged like some other repo shows out there on TV it's all real if you search for Lizard Lick Towing on Google you'll see they've an official websites / business address.
