About our company:
Live Exchange Limited Company was founded in 2011 by a group of like-minded people to create and develop the livefile.org web-site.
Livefile.org is a high quality distributed system designated for web-content delivery and file storage.
This system provides the user with all the necessary tools and features for file storing, file sharing and data exchange. It has been created, implemented and still continues its development under control of highly-skilled certified professionals, capable not only to continue optimization of existing technologies, but also to select and upgrade of equipment of any complexity - in accordance with the ever-increasing technological needs and current trends.
To date, our specialists have created a unique security system which provides, in particular, the full confidentiality for all our users.
Pricing policy is simple and concrete: low rates on web traffic with high delivery speed without imposing of any unnecessary overpriced service. Following this police become possible due to stable partnerships with large data centers and the leading traffic transit operators to all countries.

Recently we began testing of our service and now, any wishing can take in it part!

Partnership and referral program:
We offer to our web masters:
- 50 % from all sales and rebills
- 10 % from all sales from your own site
- unlimited time of storage of all files (under condition of activity of the web master)
- unlimited storage space for files (under condition of activity of the web master)
We have no sales plans and downloadings in habitual sense. We will pay for any actions of the web masters who making profit, as for sales and free downloadings (considering existence of active advertizing on a page of free downloadings).
The plan "PPD" yet exists only in the following form: if our service has advertisers, we add advertizing on pages of free downloading (free users view ads while waiting for the download) and if the user clicks advertizing, the webmaster, on the link which the user came from, receives 50 % from the cost of the click. Also the webmaster can add an own code of advertizing in an account (advertizing passes a premoderation).
It will be possible in the future that the plan "PPD" will be the same as well as on the other file sharing services, however not today it is exact.
In any case the webmaster receives at the same time: 50 % from all sales + 10 % from all sales from the own site + 50 % from the cost of a click of the advertiser.
The partner program is connected on individual conditions. Misters, as we want to work long and happily and we do not want to join recent collapse of a niche of file sharing services, we are compelled to enter the similar scheme of connection of the partner program. It is made to work only with the prof. web masters who know as it is necessary to earn in this branch. For this reason we don't open the partner program publicly.
