Can i pay via Paypal with credit card when i have 0 money on PP? (have money only on creditcard)

Yes you just have to add it at the time of payment

i dont understand this. i wanna pay service but get this error: You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected

i have enough money on creditcard, but cannot pay

Okay, problem is solved: my card was out of date, need to extend it.


Question: when i get a new card, do i have to verify it again or just edit old card?

The card number will stay the same, you'll just get a new card with a new date.
