sorry, I installed both to try but now I'm just using the "W3 Total Cache", I did not see big difference but it was the most recommended on the Web

The list you are linking to is very very old and a lot of the plugins aren't supported anymore. For example the Santax Highlighter plugin is no longer supported and was last updated four years ago.

Always make sure plugins are supported and FULLY compatible with the latest version of Wordpress before you go installing them.

Ah Alright , actually was using it on 100's of WP blog , can you suggest something ?

PS : This plugin already having option to turn on/off the flash , so far it works good with us .
