I appreciate your effort to collect this data and thanks for sharing with us its really helpful .........
usage:
1. write article that is related to your site
2. make keywords in your article as anchor text that will link to your site (deep page even better)
3. send different version of spinned article to as much places as possible.
4. Do not leave your account with just one article.
5. For the ULTIMATE SEO EFFECT, make another article, another set of accounts, write article, keywords linking to your PREVIOUS set of articles on these same platforms, backlinking your articles, and giving THEM value, to pass their value to your website.
It's called backlinking your backlinks.
