Here's my review:

My settings:
No. of threads for posting: 30
No. of threads for link checking: 35
Timeout for link checking: 90 secs

Without proxies:
Success rate on posting first time: Over 80%
Total success rate after second go: Little under 90%
Successful backlinks created: Around 86%

With public proxies(that are slow as hell):
Success rate on posting first time: Over 50%
Total success rate after second go: Over 75%
Didn't check successful backlinks created this time because it will obviously be similar to the first case as it won't depend on proxies.

So if you know the nature of Scrapebox and public proxies, you surely know that this is hell of a solid list, one that you don't want to miss.
Highly recommended.
