There are no requirements to link exchange with us, but we would prefer sites with a PR and similar statistics to ours.

well i would suggest u to show your affiliates on footer , rather than on separate page.

We put them on a separate page keep a non-cluttered layout (which we achieved through the new template and design) for the front page.

I understand you may feel that links on a separate page get less "publicity" but to solve this I put a link on the front page to the affiliate page, and then put it in bold and underlined it, thus making it stand out significantly.
