Limited Indian Paypal with 55$

Hi,

I have a limited indian Paypal account with 55$ in it. I created it with false details as I'm from Sri Lanka and PP doesn't support Sri Lanka.

Account was limited for more than 180 days. So if there is someone who can buy account/ remove limit/ withdraw money I will give 25% for it.

Rockstar, account limited on 25th Aug last year. So 180 days had gone. Now can withdraw. But as account is Indian and I'm a Sri Lankan I cant do that.
