omg! why never answer about video convertion? You are always replying about statistics. i am asking a question by ages. Why i don't have any convert button like the others? I dont want you to fix it anymore, i just want to know WHY?

Your last 2 request were made on Monday and you got the payments on Tuesday as in the last 2 weeks there was a delay in payment and that's why you got your payment.
But they normally they pays on Monday night which they did this time and hence you didn't get your payment this week.You should make your request before Sunday midnight.

So no one is stupid here.

Hope it is clear to you now.

Don't worry bro you will get your payment next week. They are best payers in the market now.No one can complain that he has not been paid.
