I don't know guys, but everything works for me. Stats are sometimes for a few hours frozen, but Shareflare posted here, that is only temporary problem. So what's your problem?
About FTP, you need to choose one that has free space f.e. 20% and check that from time to time... I uploaded cca 30 files/videos yesterday and all is converted. =)
