Actually no I can't :/ they used to sell them but I guess they had to make people quite because of sanitary reasons and possible spread of STD's. But, that's just on ebay. it's not illegal to sell used underwear. For example you can go to a garage sale and buy underwear if you wanted and they were selling them :P
