If you continue to force users to chat on IM for support your thread will be closed. The user has complied with creating support tickets, why is it so difficult for you to support them on your support portal.

We are not forcing any one to chat with us via IM.
We are always check support tickets via our portal and no difficult for us.All tickets replied very fast.
Okay sorry then :), next time we stick with the support portal and tell users also stick with support portal.
No need to seek support from here.
