from 13th December 2010. The move will bring netdirekt customers a number of benefits, including a new high volume model
with access to more than 1.5 Tbps bandwidth and the advantages of a highly secure international network of 36,000 servers.
Established in the Netherlands in 1997, LeaseWeb is a quality hosting provider offering advanced infrastructure solutions
for a global market and boasting a network uptime of 99.999%. Services include dedicated servers, virtualisation and cloud,
colocation and tailor-made IT infrastructure solutions.
LeaseWeb’s growing infrastructure currently spans seven datacenters in the Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Brussels and Washington DC regions,
connecting with major telecom carriers. LeaseWeb peers on Internet Exchanges in Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, New York,
Brussels, Copenhagen, Paris, Budapest, Bucharest, Warsaw, Prague, Bratislava, Milan, Vienna, Stockholm, Oslo, Zurich and Madrid.

The internal reorganisation will only enhance customer service further and in no way distract from the level of service you
have been used to receiving. There will be no changes to your key contacts.
As owner and managing director of netdirekt I will stay at the helm of the company in Frankfurt and direct the business across
the DACH region, and all current netdirekt employees will also remain. We will in due course be expanding the team in line with
market needs to further improve our service to you.
