LatestDownloads - Not paying?

Ok Still waiting on 3 payments from last month totaling $500, im letting H3x and the community know by way of this public announcement that as of tonight I will be ceasing to promote them. With over $1.3k on the books for the past 2 months (yes I know this months is not due to be paid yet) I have decided to cut my losses.

I know its not H3x's fault as payments are handled by affiliateconnection, a week spent attempting to get in contact is enough (MSN, Contact form, email and skype).

Ive been with them for about 2 years now and Ive never had this happen before :(

Well before SplitIce i was paying all Affiliates who promoted LatestDownloads and now AffiliationConnection (our new payment processor) handles all Payments "in house", i know they are going through a lot of changes at the moment including the upgrade of their entire Affiliate Panel but ofcourse this is no excuse for delayed payments but im sure there is a reasonable explanation for this.

I will contact them directly today and see whats going on.

I have contacted them many times and the majority of my big promoters have been payed so i don't understand why SplitIce is having an issue. Ricky from AffiliationConnection is on a completely different time zone to me so i have to stay on quite late to catch him but it was impossible for me to do that last night as i was at a family meal etc

I will do my best to get hold of him tonight, i wouldn't change processors if i didn't trust the guys at AffiliationConnection after all i payed over $250,000 last year to Affiliates promoting LatestDownloads and as soon as they upgrade their Panel i will begin pushing the website again and compete with Yottacash etc.

So basically all affiliates are payed twice a month of the days listed above, if you do not get payed on the 24th then contact me again but you definetly should be!

Guess what day it is? 25th. Tried to contact Rick today, he appeard online for about 10 seconds and didnt respond to the message sent. eek.
 
Remember they run at different time zones, its usually a little delayed when its the weekend as most of these companies dont work on a sunday and to be honest neither do i.

We didn't get payed yesterday either so your not the only one, expect it today or latest tomorrow.
 
I'm not publicizing anything negative about LatestDownloads, I believe it's a great site! :)

However, I do have a problem seeing how business is handled with the AffiliationCash scheme. It may even be their backend payment processor being the issue, but it's their responsibility to inform webmasters of this. They duck and dive until (with luck) the correct payment is issued. Used to be a good company, sigh..

Honestly H3x, if you guys switched to an alternative payment processor entirely, I'd gladly push all my traffic your way.
 
Im thinking similarly, I think we all understand H3x runs an awsome site. Although if there is one thing a site needs to give on time its payments, seeing I now have 4 payments owed (3 last month, 1 this month) the company isnt keeping up on its end of the bargain.

Also communication with this company is a problem, they dont answer their emails, or their contact us form etc. Had to go to H3x for an MSN contact, in which he is never online.
 
Affiliationconnection also stil owes me money.
They offered a wire transfer a while ago and promised paypal a few weeks ago.
Up till now I haven't received anything.
 
you guys aint getting paid and still stay there why???

theres others like yottacash/sharingzone that convert good. (1:600)
 
The truth is guys i been waiting for them to release their latest panel as its going to be much much better for all Affiliates but i totally understand where you guys are coming from, when we ran our own panel i payed all Affiliates manually but it took so much of my time to do and i don't like to be big headed but i run a lot of very large websites and my time is very limited at the moment.

I will have strong words with AffiliationConnection today and get back to you asap, if im not happy with Rickys response i will do my best to find an alternative payment processor as a site like LatestDownloads without Affiiliates is pointless end of the day you guys are the people im trying to keep happy and if you aint happy i aint happy.

I apologise again if you guys are still waiting on payments and i promise to do everything i can to ensure you guys get what you are owed asap.
