Hey, I have a few things from you.

1. Here's my current skin

I need you to recreate that advertisement banner again however making it match with the skin.

2. New background
You see how the background is plain? Could you create a new one?
Here's the link to the current bg- http://newlineplayers.com/forums/images/Metalliz3d/misc/bg.png
Just add "NewLinePlayers" or NLP on the bg and match it with the skin design.

3. Favicon
Same site, go crazy with this one, animated ftw.

That's all I need man and sorry for such a big request. I'll give you backlinks on all my sites <3

Favicon: I just put the .png here... so go to google type in png to favico... you'll get it :p

again just google favicon converter.. to do it... since its animated... you have to keep it gif file and add some codes to your HTML... hope you know it.

i need a banner called

WarezTunnel - We Mean to Be Scene

Color: (Black + Pink)

logo or banner it's upto you :) you can see the site and make which suit that theme!
