I am a former VPS client of KnownSRV and this is how I am treated.

KnownSRV recently contacted me in regards to SkidrowGames now being hosted with them. I was completely unaware of this change and upon realization I have found that my site as well as domain have been transfered. I asked KnownSRV for the details of who had stolen my site and they would not release such information.

Therefore, I HIGHLY reccomend that you DO NOT host with KnownSRV. They are currently hosting my site, which has been stolen from me, as well as theorertically housing a criminal. I am not sure why they are doing this...depseration possibly? But again, what they are doing is ridiculous and I strongly urge you to stay away from KnownSRV.

If anyone has any expertise is getting domains returned to the rightful owner, etc. Please let me know, I could use some help.

You're not able to get your domain back because you used fake details when you registered it. You really think any hosting company would believe you that you owned that domain when you can't provide them any kind of proof. Such as scan of your ID, PayPal transaction screenshot, and if you're paying the hosting with the same payment method. You pretty much wouldn't have any problem.

But creating a thread that some hosting is scam just because you were downloading stuff that's binded with stealer/keylogger is out of your own stupidity.

Must be someone from their support team or Admin

I think they have full access to your cpanel - so no hacking needed actually :|

Seems you aren't the only one - Other users are reporting such activities on the chatbox

On second thought , maybe they are talking about this topic :P

What worse is, they refuse to tell me anything.

They first took money from me for this domain, now they took money from the hacker for the SAME domain.

Hey,

You won't get anything by posting here. As I told you multiple times, you should contact NameCheap. It's your fault your domain got stolen.

It's final, we won't give you our client details, his email, name or payment details. It's against our privacy policy. This guy wants me to break our privacy policy and give him all the details about our customer and suspend his VPS. We NEVER give out client details UNLESS there is a court order and we are not interested in selling your his data/VPS, as you offered us in the support ticket.

Thanks
Kind Regards

How the hell did they manage to steal your domain? A domain has nothing to do with a hosting company and only a domain registar. Did you do something stupid like have the same email and password for the domain registar?

@ viruz99 - no mate, entirely diff

@knownsrc - so you have no policy, regarding housing stolen domains that too of your current old customer ? Give me a break.

@Mr Happy - The point of the thread, is not that knownsrv hacked my domain - NO.
My aim is to make them reveal who the hacker is.

As Krun!x said, we sell hosting, not domains. You paid to be hosted, so did the "hacker". We couldn't care less what domains are used on our servers.

If your domain got stolen, go to wherever you bought the domain (Namecheap, Name, GoDaddy, Dynadot..). Even with that said, we tried to be helpful and have contacted the "hacker" saying that he needs talk to you ASAP or we will have to take measures. You were informed of this before this thread was made.

I have no intentions persuading your domain anymore, it's your own fault if you used fake information and can't retrieve it. Good luck.

My aim is to make them reveal who the hacker is.
Won't happen, we do not give out client information.

Omg why are WJ users getting even more stupid!? Every 2 threads is so and so is a scammer. No they're not. Your just stupid and they have nothing to do with your domain getting stolen. For all they know you gave it away or sold it.

You can do 2 things :

1. get into contact with the ''hacker'' & work out a deal - buy your domain back whatever

2. Find his personal info & flame him
e.g : create a a website : Mr.**** = thief etc....

Hopefully he will give you back your domain for removing the website ;)
