hello,

my experience with knownsrv in the first week:

I had 2 preorder questions before ordering vps1, both answered within 12 hours via this thread and private message here.

Ordered vps on 12/04/2013 23:40
my vps was ready on 13/04/2013 14:40

had a support question about installing varnish for me at 15:50 at 13/04/2013,
answered with a qualified comment on 21:35 same day (it was weekend!)

fast installation!

I just took a look over your support ticket. We did everything we could for you. We setup your VPS, migrated the site and setup your DNS.

It appears your local DNS didn't pick up, this is up to you or your local ISP, we have no control over that. We provided you http://just-ping.com results which clearly showed your site was on the new IP address. There is unfortunately nothing we can do as we have no control over your local computer / DNS / internet connection.

from a month my site was great loading time but as for today all the day down and loads my site in 2 min or 3 min, every time support replied me that my site is the issue, but i hired developer told me that the issue is network of knownsrv look at image below upload speed is 1 mb bad sent ticket.

i didn't makes any changes in my site, was loading in 5 sec but as for today slower than my p1 pc loads in 3 min damn.

It's better brother to move me to another NOD or fix this slow all day

also think that someone is abusing the nod

Your load ranges from 10 to 100, while 1-2 would be normal. Logs were provided in the support ticket. If anyone is abusing the Node, it would be you.

sorry bru it's fixed some days ago, it was some configuration in Apache, and i upgraded to new VPS, and it's loading fking blazing amazing now.

We are upgrading kernels on all of our shared hosting and VPS Nodes due to new critical exploit that was released yesterday. This is a must to keep your servers stable and secure! We are sorry we didn't schedule this, but this needed to be done right away.
