knowinservers Down From more then 48 hours

hello friends

i want tell you i am facing problame with knowinservers and rapidspeeds service :(

i was VPS there before 48 hours vps down

i open ticket : 661764

they reply after 24 hours

and they provide me new vps info

when i ask for my backup no reply from .....

48+ hours over no response

becoz of them i loos my clints ....

So much bad support 0% reliable

they stop your busness any time plz switch over other... if u care of your site and clints ...

i was pay them more then others becoz i was thought they are reliable but i was wrong they are wost ..... :'(

0 %
reliable
0 % treatable


they email me :::

We emailed everybody over a week ago informing you to backup your servers, Why have you not? It is not our responsibility to move/backup your data for you.

and when i ask for my backup he show me his tos

i am not got any email from them junk or inbox

they just lie ...

they not send any email

yesterday rapidspeeds online support was said your backup you got shortly

and i was wait 24 hours now i ask agen so his support said

its not rapidspeeds responsibility

I can hardly make out two words in-a-row in this thread, but looks like your server crashed and you host others, but do not make backups? You losing your info is not KS problem. This is your fault. Your clisnts can turn around and say the same shit about you even if you have that in your TOS.
