Hi,

Customer since one year, pretty good 80% of the time.
But this time, it's awful !
My VPS is down since 3 days, the support said "back online within few hours" (April 18 and april 19). And actually, no answer.
Pretty bad for my business.

I was interested on plan 3 of Germany, KS L300 but I'm not sure about the bandwidth, is it unmetered ? On plan info it says unmetered, on addons it says: Bandwidth For KSL300 :
250 GB : 4.95$
500 GB: 8.95$
1 TB: 14.95$

Let me know.

Which of the following do you support on your servers?
- OpenVPN, Tun/Tap (depends on OpenVZ configuration)
- PPTP (needs the routers to allow GRE packets)
- FUSE: filesystem in userspace (depends on OpenVZ configuration)

What can someone expect with warez linking in the countries you are hosting?
- Germany
- Netherlands
- USA

How do you deal with personal information? Are you forced to pass personal information on to a third party in certain countries?

Someone can host warezlinking sites on germany and NL But Not USA.

NO We don not disclose your personal Info.
