The Windows VPS/RDP, is RDP pre-setup if we order it?
IF so how long is setup because I need a 2nd RDP ASAP

Also how long do you think till you will have KW400 in stock?

why does server load gets too high again when doing simple tasks such as uploading and md5 changing??? what's wrong with your VPSs?

Edit: knowin personally contacted me on yahoo. now i understand why this is so and he said about the hard disk I/O thing
 
Please cancel my vps (KS L 200). i've requested the cancellation nearly 11 hours ago. but still no response for the same.

There isnt much to Fix, We are done with this stupid server.
We are not going to offer any more cheap US VPS Now,
Because its always "You get what you pay for".
We will get some Premium vps now...

And the present server is on a hardware check,
when the check finishes it will restart on its own.

What about people who are already on this server? Are you transferring us to another server @ we have to buy a new Premium VPS?

For now we will keep the present servers,
but incase you are not happy with the service you can ask for a partial refund
or wait till the problem is solved.

Thats the best we can do.
And hence forth report Please report it via tickets

It's not only DE server which's down? It was down for 4 times yesterday. I can prove it with pingdom services. Admins you told me I'll get answers what's happening and if I can close the thread I opened, but it's still the same.

Well, we dont need any sort of proofs , because we already admitted that yes we are having problem with out nodes, so if you are not satisfied with it, or you feel being cheated, you can ask for a partial refund and we can give it you.
Even we feel bad about it, when our customers dont get what they pay for,
but something things are out of our hands.

The german linux vps on 1gbit are there any problems with the server or downtime at the moment? I just wanted to confirm before I order
 
JamilV Mate if you Plan to host a website on the VPS , i will personally recommend Netherlands Node's

If not then You are welcome to germany.
