I just ordered another VPS, the KSL300. I was successfully charged $26.20. I already submitted a ticket containing the order and trasaction ID. I received an instant email with the subject "New Virtual Private Server Details", but the details like Main IP, Root pass, etc. were missing/empty.

But let me tell you that the connection to the vps are shared ,
hence your chances of touching 30TB is very less.
Also what type of money back Guarantee do you expect?
If you expect a refund if you dont touch 30TB, well then unfortunately you shouldn't consider this.
We can promise that the bandwidth is unmetered though.

Can knowinserver's tell me why i'm facing very very slow download speed in 1 GBPS connection.I'm getting only 80-90kpbs in fileserve,in hotfile only 120-150kpbs speed form last 3 days.I purchased KS L300 from 27th OCT,now i'm facing downtime.....i want to ask...how much time to take, to fix this problem??????
