kloxo mysql failed to stop or even start

how to fix mysql cannot connect because a guy cant get it to work for kloxo i already tryed mysql restart and it fails to start or stop

i even tryed kloxo restart and reboot is vps and still no change anyone have any idea how he can fix it

I guess your mysqld has failed.

Have you done any changes in apache config file recently or in mysql config file ?

well he trying to get it backup of sql but he no access to kloxo due to no mysql working

he was going to download by winscp the files from sql but wouldnt that make them corrupted if he was to reupload them to phpmyadmin
