Kloxo database import

friends, my host have moved the database files in server folder admin /warezcats.com/mysql but i don't know how to import these databases in the database options so that i can connect it to the forum..

go to the mysql section on kloxo
you use its internal restore function or import it with phpmyadmin

Are these raw MySQL data files, or an SQL backup of some sort?
