You might not be a scammer, but you're not trusted yet. Haven't even been up a month yet and everything (tos, faq, layout....) is all default. You offer way too much per 1000 completed and non-completed downloads (so you have no idea what you're doing. Just trying to get users without working at it). In short, you will be scamming very very soon or doing a massive rate change which will make so many people pissed. People are dumb, so they will fall for it though.

Yes for the first 4 month or so file host that pay are not scammers. When a good amount of people are requesting money then find out they can not afford to pay anybody any more so then they scam everyone

Why does every new filehost get labled as a scam?

Is it because when you upload illegal stuff (lulz ) you don't get paid when they remove your account from breaking the TOS ( yes read them ).
