Hello! Payouts was made according to the schedule: we pay partners on Mondays and Thursdays. The payout is made during the payday, which means that if you once receive a payout early in the morning, the next payout will not necessarily be early in the morning too. Payouts will be made during the payout day. Some payouts may be made earlier or later, but we try to make payouts around the same time.

If your payment request was approved, the money was paid. You might not receive a payment if there are restrictions on your wallet (for example, PayPal might freeze your account). I was coming home from work and as usual I went to check my MP account and it wouldn't let me log in, I checked k2s and it tells me that I'm banned?
I already sent a message to support but I'm scared, I have a little sadness and anguish at the same time, I don't know why they did this

Did you guys experience some issues with k2s servers?

Nowadays many files just stuck at the processing state after ftp upload, links checking gives timeout error for hundreds of links, the preview of the clip is loading long as hell....

Maybe it's just for me. But it's very frustrating to work with the service you can't rely on.

And when I reporting an issue with evidences, links, times of uploads I'm getting this king of reply:

"Sometimes it happens because it is a long queue for conversion, I recommend waiting until tomorrow. If the situation doesn't change, write to us after the new upload. We will share the information with our colleagues for analysis."

I thought my work brings money also to moneyplatform and they should be interested in uploaders and users good experience.

Wake up MP. Your competition is knocking to my door and I'm getting more and more convinced to open the door to them and at least listen to their offer.

I'm sorry you had to deal with this. Perhaps we had a temporary problem; the admins could disable one rack and put a new rack into operation. If this happens again, we will try to figure it out without delay.

Free download startup time is 30 seconds. I wonder if it is possible to do this for 60, 90 and 180 seconds.

Thanks for the clarification, I thought something wasn't working for you. In the site settings in your MP account, you can only change these settings:

We don't plan to change anything there yet.
