Payouts are made twice a week: on Mondays and Thursdays. To receive a payout, you need to create a payout request in the Payments section https://moneyplatform.biz/payment/request.html

On the payout day, payouts are made for requests created before the payout day. If you created a payout request on payday, you will receive your payout on the next payout: a request created on Monday will be processed on Thursday and vice versa.

Most likely, the payment gateway was not selected specifically for you (your user), and you were redirected to a reseller website. Because if user pay by credit card direct to our payment gateway, price will be correct, see screenshot below. The reseller's business interest is in selling codes lies in the margin - the difference between our selling price for the subscription activation code and the cost of the code for the end user. Of course, the reseller, like us, includes the cost of processing into the margin, which for the high-risk sector is always higher than for FMCG or “white” online services, such as Netflix. My point is that selling high risk goods more difficult than towels on Amazon; this is the main difficulty of this business.
I'm just assuming that you were redirected to the reseller's website, unfortunately, you did not attach a screenshot of the site or a link where you saw that price. The conversation will be more substantive if you provide this information.

We say the same thing. Resellers fees are absurd. It forces you to make purchases only with credit card visa. People gonna pay 40 usd for 1 month premium pro and we only get like 14? That's ridiculous.
