I just finished creating a script with some help that does the following:
If you are running a kDDL website, it is a pain in the ass to look for all the blacklisted sites their downloads.
kDDL Blacklist Killer allows you to delete all the blacklisted sitess their downloads from your database with just a single click.
If anyone is interested just reply below...
EDIT: It does not matter if the sites in your blacklist start with www. or not
