I just noticed sometime the download still increasing but the earning freeze for hours

this hoster never worked for me. too much changes and bad revenue calculation...
katfile apparently someone hacked me account. I see a different email in my account settings, now I cannot disable lock.
Please help.

we pay high rate for all tiers but when you see low rate , because we has low sales , rates increasing with sales .

Why I get 39% of sale?
50% sale is correct, when users buy premium by resellers premium key is 39% we must fix it manual , what is your username for fixing ?
