Today, a large number of users have urgently reported that they are completely unable to log in to their Katfile accounts, and all of them are receiving error messages stating that their IP addresses have been blocked.
This issue appears to have occurred on a large scale at the same time and is seriously affecting users’ ability to access and use their accounts, effectively causing a service disruption.
We urgently request that the official team clarify what is currently happening and explain why so many IP addresses are being blocked simultaneously.
Please advise as soon as possible on how this issue will be handled, how it can be resolved, and what users should do to regain access to their accounts.

Yesterday, many free users reported to me that they were unable to download any files, no matter how long they waited between attempts.
The situation is as follows:
After waiting 6–8 hours, free users proceed to the download page and complete the normal verification process. However, the system then displays a message stating that free users must wait another 120 minutes to download.
In reality, no download has occurred at all. Even after waiting an additional 120 minutes and repeating the same process, the system continues to display the same message, resulting in users being completely unable to download any files.
This issue appears to be affecting multiple free users and does not seem to be an isolated case.
We kindly ask the official team to check whether there may be an issue with the download page or related program logic, and to investigate and resolve this problem if possible.

It appears that the PPD has been increased, but at the same time users are experiencing login issues, IP blocks, and free users being unable to download, which has caused a lot of confusion.
Could you please clarify whether these issues are related and explain what is currently happening?
Downloads dropped by half on the 27th, and by another quarter on the 30th; now the backend shows zero downloads.

My account was logged out again this morning. The first time I logged in, it said my IP was blocked. But the second time, I was able to log in normally.
While I have no idea what Katfile is up to this time, causing the counter to drop to zero and resulting in a large number of account bans, one thing is for sure: the engineer must be an idiot.
Have you broken the system? Many users told me that their IPs were banned and they could not download files. However, PPD did not get twice the income but was even worse. Can you be normal?
