The problem is that my account is a Lifespan account, which I paid for several years ago. It’s not an account you gave me — I bought it with my own money. So what right do you have to restrict my download privileges?

my account of 8/9 year seem to be banned. i am using remote server to upload and get the download links from local computer with VPN. after change my VPN to different location suddenly saw this message Your account was banned by administrator.
