Hi Katfile,

Please take the following two problems into your consideration.

When paid user download a file, it takes about 20 seconds to get people to the download page, and also a 30 percent chance to get a 503 error, I don't know what caused this problem, but that's just a really bad experience for the VIP downloaders. They may just choose not to buy again.

I was supposed to be paid 10 days ago, but the payment is still pending. I come here to earn some money, if I don't get paid, there is no reason I keep staying. I work PPS only, the user already paid Katfile month ago, I just can not figure out why I get paid late.

I have been with Katfile for about 5 years, from my perspective, Katfile is just a golden hen which can lay gold eggs for you. You don't have to do too much to your golden hen, just let it lay gold eggs for you, too much change may just kill your golden hen, by killing the golden hen may just give you two months free eggs. I am sure you know, raise another golden hen, and let it lay the amount of eggs like Katfile does, takes you years of work, and it is not guaranteed success. We all want a win-win situation rather than a lose-lose situation.

We’re experiencing some issues receiving funds from the payment gateway, but it will be resolved soon. Payments will be made regularly again.
All I see is that you keep delaying payments — from 1–2 days a year ago, to 3–4 days later, and now more than ten days. And you keep saying the issue will be resolved soon, but in reality, things are only getting worse. It looks like your actions are just meant to appease the uploaders, so we won’t stop uploading until you suddenly disappear.

Yes, because the payment gateways get shut down quickly and most of them pay with long delays. That's why we are forced to temporarily make payments with delays for the next few weeks or up to a month.

My payment has already been delayed for 12 days and still hasn’t been made. Are you saying I have to wait another week to a month? Your email message from 6 days ago said there would be a slight delay.

Sometimes things like this happen, it’s normal. Any business similar to ours deals with a lot of issues daily, and sometimes we have no choice but to process payments a bit later to keep the platform running. (We paid on time for 10 years, now there’s just a little delay!)
