The latest "security measurements" are completely non sense, what are you doing guys? Since the last week the site is completely full of problems, the user session is not persistent and I have to log in every time cause I use 2 different devices for download or upload, and when I log from a device, the session on the other device becomes invalid.

Some friends reported me that they were insta banned after log in to their accounts for no reason and you are not helping to solve the issues.

And now, the latest innovative and amazing addition: Force to enable 2FA in order to use the Direct downloads option. Which causes that the site is extremely slow now whn accessing a file link.

Good job guys! You did really well like always, everytime you launch a "security measure or improvement" the website becomes completely broken and unusable.

And then you come and say — Chill guys, we know the system is very sensitive, we didn’t test it properly and decided to launch it anyways, we knew that all the consequences will be suffered by our customers but, who cares? we are here to earn money not to listen to your cries…

So, yesterday I only used G2FA to enable your direct download function.

I scanned the code with my phone and didn't think much of it afterward.

Now I've suddenly been logged out, and logging back in requires G2FA. Where can I find the G2FA verification code? Can you just turn off that annoying, useless function for me?

What's the current PPD situation? I make around 1k downloads per day and just 1$ including referrals.
Where can I check current PPD rates? I don't think the rates in the website are updated (9$ Plan A).
Should I stay expecting changes or just leave?

Hello everyone
G2FA is designed to prevent leechers, and enabling it will attract more legitimate uploaders to your files — so this option should be turned on. Enabling it is very simple: install the Google Authenticator app, scan the QR code, enter the one-time code, and you can easily activate the direct link.

The funny part is that, despite being in operation for over 10 years, they still don’t know how a file-hosting service actually works.
They are a bunch of amateurs.
Their website is so not up to date

Ddownload is light years ahead.
Don’t write nonsense. The reason the auth code is so strict for you is that you’re almost certainly the same as the leechers; otherwise it wouldn’t be any trouble for uploaders or downloaders.

Support that doesn't answer questions.
Support that only reports one-sided measures.
I'm completely shocked.
I'm still using katfile, which doesn't earn me even a dollar per day, for users who purchase premium accounts from my site, but if things don't improve, I'll stop using it by the end of the year.

Send me your email in PV so we can check it.
Fikper scam and Katfile seem also stop paying, payment suppose to be paid on 2025-10-24 still pending
Sometimes the bank has delays, and we’re forced to make payments a bit late.

HI
I’m only sharing files by uploading them, without downloading anything. Is it still necessary to enable G2FA?

Please check PM.

Because of G2FA authentication, files uploaded from the RDP server are not reflected in my storage, so I can't link to them on my site. It's a waste of network bandwidth.
I can't continue uploading unless both my PC's IP and the RDP server's IP are allowed. Is that not possible? If not, I can no longer continue with katfile.
Please answer.

Well, suddenly he answer! After weeks with no reaction of any trouble he is here and talks with his affiliates.

Communication, na answers, no support isnt the correct way to handle this.

The way you use with fikper and katfile is terrible, one inch away from scam and less of them to ban you from our sites. Enough is enough....

Did the new system lead to increased sales? I don't think so. In fact, it resulted in more complaints from users and buyers.
Everyone knows that users purchase premium hosting to download files. However, different network nodes will result in different speeds. This is reflected in VPNs; if a user tries different nodes multiple times consecutively, they will receive a blocking notification. However, despite users providing email support, they have never received a response. They keep complaining to me. Therefore, I have to publish an additional hosting service as a backup when releasing new files. Furthermore, more users have reported that when resetting their passwords, they are blocked from making changes that month and must try again the following month. If a user purchased premium hosting on November 1st, they can only modify it on the 1st of the following month. This means the premium is wasted during that period, so what's the point of modifying it the following month?

In summary, I just want to see how long Katfile can last. I've witnessed too many hosting services go from mainstream to oblivion because they lost these loyal customers.

Then, the Katfile administrator explained that this was to prevent Leech (Debrid) behavior. As everyone knows, Leech (Debrid) websites don't require a VPN; they have dedicated servers for ultra-high-speed downloads, and they don't need to switch IPs or change passwords. Instead, the ones changing passwords and IPs are the real users, because they need to test the speed of different IPs to find the optimal network option.

As an uploader, it seems that disabling the "G2FA" setting will prevent uploads from the RDP server from going to waste.
However, there has been no response from support so far.
