2. If PPS removes rebills, no one wants to use them and the income is lower
3. Only new users can get $35 for the first purchase? If users buy 30 days or life time, they will get $35 for uploading?
4. In the PPS part, it is recommended to add a subscription system like RG to eliminate theft of rental accounts.
