Hello, Because PPD uploaders use multiple hosts, our sales from PPDs have dropped significantly, and PPD sales are no longer as good as before. Either we need to run a lot of advertising focused only on the PPD section so the rate stays the same as before, or we need to lower the rate so that sales return to their previous level, and then we can restore the rate.
People use multiple hosts because you delete so many files. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to trust you

Because of Katfile, you arbitrarily changed the file retention period, and on top of that, you allow certain individuals to delete other people's files at will. For about a year, my shared links were publicly targeted—files I uploaded were deleted within minutes. I was forced to switch to other accounts, but that only helped slightly. That same person kept watching my shared files. As soon as I shared something, it got deleted. Often, my files would be taken down in less than an hour.

I wrote to you many times, reporting that someone was abusing your file deletion tool, but I never received any response.

In addition, the original one-year file retention period was suddenly changed to six months without any prior notice. Then you silently changed it back to one year, only to reduce it again—this time to three months (for files that haven't been downloaded)—again without any warning or announcement.

These constant, unannounced changes to your system have caused users to lose their uploaded files and suffer significant losses. That’s why we are forced to host files elsewhere. This situation was entirely caused by your own actions.

Is there a file deletion tool at all? where can I find it?

I raised this issue with them 3–4 years ago.
Their verification of DMCA reports was far too simplistic — Anyone could simply send in a bunch of URLs and instantly get a large number of your files taken down.
Although they did respond to me at the time, they said they wouldn’t make any changes.
From that day on, I only treated them as a backup host.
And today, I know I made the right decision — I can easily drop them.

My payment has been delayed for 5 days. Today, I noticed that the status has changed to "Paid," but I still haven't received the money.

Please check it.

I have sent you a private message, please check, thank you

This hos provider is by far the most unreliable I have encountered in my career. It fails to provide accurate download statistics, removes links far too quickly, and, most concerning, it distributes porn content through its links. Such practices seriously harm your website’s reputation and reliability.
