48 hours later, and I still haven't received any money. This is another way to scare off uploaders by not even responding to their problem.

What happens to my money now? Will I still receive it? Or can I consider it (yes, the money is gone)? I've now made my withdrawal from USDT to Bitcoin in the dashboard. If the USDT withdrawal doesn't work (note, it was two days ago), and I still haven't received any money, you are welcome to withdraw it again to Bitcoin. Thank you.

I don't care; he could at least answer (he reads it 100%) the topic here. There has been a time when I haven't received any money to date despite paying, and that time it was BTC.

This is the second time I haven't received any money in over 48 hours (and the USDT-TRC20 address is correct (I've received money to it several times before). So if I don't receive any money by Monday at the latest, Katfile is history for me.

I wish I can have an option to my account to select USDC as my default alternative for payments requests. According to Binance, they restricted deposit for USDT for people in the EEA region.
Please add this option, many people will need this.

Create a free account on your own computer.
Use the Tronlink extension on Google Chrome to create a profile just for that purpose.

Don't rely on loan sharks like Binance who can take your money at any time.

Have you changed the file retention period again?

In July 2024, it was changed from one year to six months, and then in December 2024, it was changed back to one year.

Is it now changed to three months? Can you please stop changing it randomly? Even if you do change it, at least issue a notice. Without any preparation, the only files we have might just disappear like that.

Since June 2024, there have been constant issues and policy changes, leaving us users very confused.
 
I think the meter is malfunctioning. One account showed 130,000 deleted files...
I think there were fewer than 70,000 in total, and I was left with just over 50,000.
