I am in the same situation, even out of 15 days of waiting time they gave me 20 to receive the payment that was supposed to arrive yesterday, with this day it would be 21, in the payment history it appears as paid more than 10 hours ago and still nothing has arrived in my account.

Received payment.

The payout was requested on January 21 and was shown as "will get" on February 12. Today, February 12, it shows as "paid," and the payment was received on February 12. The latest payout request was made on February 12, and the next "will get" date is shown as March 6. The interval remains 22 days.
 
I read that there is a delay in obtaining payment (PP), it marks as paid but I have not received it yet. I'll wait.

Payment history mark as "Paid". But, No money received yet, since from 24th JAN until today. No money transfer into PayPal for over 19 days already.

I think you transacted with the wrong person, while I did not receive any service It is better to wait for the PayPal team to investigate

The dispute is now escalated to Paypal.

If I lose the money I expect @KatFile to receive the money back, hopefully from someone else on the exchange team....
