I received the payment I applied for on October 30 today.

Refuse payment through a virtual currency proxy account. These types of accounts have one thing in common. It only has sales revenue and no commission for downloading and sharing. There is no website for sharing files of its own. If such proxy users apply for withdrawal, they can refuse payment if found.
