You have been continuously deleting a large number of files I uploaded for five days in a row, cutting down about 200 files each day. Today, you deleted over 500 files, many of which were uploaded just yesterday. Why is that? If it's due to reports, wouldn't you find it strange that there are such malicious reports? And wouldn't you find it strange to delete so many files from a specific account?

There is no reason or justification for the mass deletion of VIP user accounts without responding to emails.

How can you expect people to use your space with peace of mind like this?

Currently it seems to be classified under Premium Regular
This is wrong, it's like the traffic was suddenly cut off by a huge amount, 200G to 30G.
This is even more unacceptable than the previous change from 200G to 50G.
Please fix this weird decision
 
Wth is going on with the daily bandwidth and the premium prices?? Is ridiculous you are expecting the users will pay 35 BUCKS WHEN THEY ALREADY HAD A PREMIUM ACCOUNT!!!

Users who purchased premium membership before you changed to (PRO and Regular)
They buy premium memberships because of the 200G/day traffic, and some even buy life time.
However, now, the traffic has changed from 200G per day to 30G per day.

As an active uploader, you have already taken away my 200 GB of data volume several times. I'll just ask: If I don't get my 200 GB back thanks to your great switch to Premium Pro, I'll delete the hoster from my upload list. It simply can't be that you change your premium and GB system every two months as you please (nobody will buy that at these prices). 200 GB for $34.99 a month? In the German scene, that's the equivalent of €31.51 for 200 GB? Every hoster, be it DDownload, Fikper, it doesn't matter, has 100-200 GB for $14.99 to €15 a month, Uplody.io even offers unlimited for $14.99 a month.

I'll be happy to send you my username privately. It's up to you whether you then delete or block my account. Of course, you could also just give me my 200 GB back.

My user name is neoyk. I noticed my account has been downgraded and has limited download quota per day now. I believe it's a bug and thus, please fix it as soon as possible.
