Another time you changed the ratio for files under 50 MB??? remember last time you made it , you LOSE a lot of uploaders . What do you think this time will not be the same? i hope you will return back in this.
Ratio with 0,1 for 1000 download its not useful for uploaders. let me know urgently

ARE NOT frozen, check you RATIO, i think yo have my same problem, katfile put file under 50 mb at 0,1 for 1000Stats Frozen today please fix the problem

May be its time to change File Host, with this ratio under 50 Mb its not anymore useful
