Hello my ip 106.107.220.57 TW
Not long ago, I was logged out with my katfile account on the other computer and couldn't log in when I tried the password, so I retrieved my password.
Then change the password and log out of the account. The login attempt fails.
Because I tried to retrieve my password twice, I won’t be able to use email to change my password again until next month.
And now it shows that my IP has been banned. Can you please help me remove the IP restriction and retrieve my account?

Sorry, the password problem has been solved. There is a problem with the English capitalization of the terminal remote control.
Can you help me solve the problem of IP being BAN?

Their system has vulnerabilities. Even if you haven't received any emails, count the number of times you click reset three times in a row. It will be locked. Whether you have received the email or not. Did you really change the password. The number of times has been consumed. I think this vulnerability should be fixed. At least the customer should be asked to save the modifications in order to be counted as a count.

Can anyone explain how traffic is calculated when downloading? Why does it show that there is still over 100 GB of data, but it indicates that it has exceeded. It's a system issue. Or is it a false label of traffic

for PPD4 50% of Downloads means i get half the rates right? and also do you guys still allow legal adult content just want to clarify that once again
