Its 100% real we don't shave stats. just we count 100% download files for example you see 2019/5/5/ = 2027 downloads but its downloads and views and we just pay for downloads.

i really dont understand your behaviour, im your premium user by 2 years and more, now when i try to DOWNLOAD one files i have this message:

Your IP is blacklisted: *.****.148 Please disconnect your vpn, proxy and try again

These messages appear from my 2 server, from my home, using proxy etc and its impossible download files with my account....

So i ask you HOW one your premium user can use your service with this hard limitation???? i wrote you several times for add my IPs in whitelist, and you MADE this in past , now again the same ip are blacklisted, its one joke?? or something similar you can explain me ?
