Two questions
1. I hope to make sure that PPD plan only counts downloads from free users, not premium users, right?
2. I checked some download links from katfile, and all of them clearly show download speed for free user is 124 KB/s. But according to your 4 PPD offers (PPD1 to PPD4), it seems that the minimum download speed should be 500 KB/s. Are your 4 PPD offers still working?
