When there is no delay between downloads , accounting downloads are Unimportant , because users can download more and more without delay , and we count complete 1-5 times per ip , we can put 1-2 hours delay between download and you see 500 downloads 2~3 $ ok?

For guests and free downloaders, that might be too good to buy a premium account.
A liitle download delay will promote some free downloaders upgrade to premium.
10 minutes delay, for example, is acceptable for many people and equal to or less than many other filehosts.

KatFile, with 10 minutes delay, is still great than many other filehosts and will sell more premium accounts.

KatFile and uploaders who choose PPS and MIX mode can make more money from that.

Also I no longer see the link that led to the announcement of FEES to collect money, no longer discounted 11% to the uploaders?
I just realized that the last 3 payments I received I was deducted the 11% fee

I Requested Payment on Tuesday by Bitcoin, but i will mention that as most people i guess, i had my payment method set up with PP, But, Around a week ago i Inquired as to what was the best payment method to get paid from KatFile, PP or BTC and i was Told Bitcoin. it wasn't a 1 day payment but i can live with 4 day delay.
