I don't think so. Please refer to the image posted in #624. Some rates are increased now. For example, the plan A row was $7 $9 $15 $20 $30 $40. After we received the mail, it becomes $8 $10 $13 $20 $30 $40. So it means the following 6 months. In addition, I also found that Japan is moved back to tier 1.
